This Pomeranian is being sold for the price of $ ___________. Deposits are non-refundable. In addition, all expenses for preparation to ship plus shipping expenses are the responsabilities of the buyer. The breeder must receive full payment by 9 weeks of age.  This poms is sold with no warranties, either expressed or implied in "as is" condition with no guarantees other than those stated herein. Puppies go to their new homes between 10 to 14 weeks of age or at breeder determination. All payment are non-refundable.

This Pomeranian is being sold as a family pet, with ACC pedigree papers. The new owner will spay or neuter this pomeranian befores 6 month of age for females and betwween 4 and 5 month  of age for males. 

The nee owner have 72 hours from the date of  shipping or purchase to have the Pomeranian examinated by a veterinarian of their own choice, at their own expense. If vet exam reveals that the Pomeranian is deseased the buyer must return the puppy along with a written statement from the attending ver as to the health problem, for a replacement puppy when one becomes available. Replacement is the only option. Returning rhe  puppy will be at buyer´s expense. There is no guarantee against accidents. No veterirantian bills will be paid by the breeder.

This Constrat will be interpreted and enforced under the laws of Costa Rica, and represents the entire agreement between the parties. No other agreements or promises, verbal or implied are incluided unles specifically stated herein. When breeder and buyer execute this contract, it will be binding upon both parties, subject and pursuant to the therms and conditions herein.
