This Pomeranian is being sold for the price of $_________. In addition, all expenses for preparation to export plus shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Once initial payment is received, the Pomeranian is owned by the buyer and all veterinary care will be the buyer’s expense. It is agreed that if this Pomeranian reaches show condition during the waiting period, the seller will make arrangements for the puppy to be shown and championship completed, on behalf of the buyer. All show expenses will be paid by the buyer. All payments and deposits are non-refundable. This Pomeranian is being sold as a show prospect (defined as having no major or disqualifying faults according to FCI breed standard for his or her age on the date of sale). A definitive evaluation is made on puppies at 8 weeks and 18 months of age (Structure Evaluation) and cannot be made in between those ages. Males will have two testicles descended into the scrotum at maturity or a replacement will be made when one becomes available (replacement is the only option). The new owner has 72 hours from the date of shipping to have the Pomeranian examined by a veterinarian of their own choice, at their own expense. If the vet exam reveals that the Pomeranian is diseased or has a genetic defect, the buyer must return the Pomeranian along with a written statement from the attending vet as to the health problem, for a replacement Pomeranian when one becomes available. Replacement is the only option. Any difference in price will be the buyer’s responsibility. Returning the Pomeranian will be at the buyer’s expense. There is no guarantee against accidents. No veterinary bills will be paid by the breeder. It is agreed that at no time will the owner sell or give this Pomeranian or any of his offspring to a pet store, a puppy mill operation, a dog pound, or a dog broker or sell at auction or any similar enterprise. In the event that the owner needs to find a new home for this Pomeranian, the breeder will be offered first right of refusal. All offspring will be sold to show exhibitors, or sold on a spay/neuter contract. This contract is entered in Heredia and will be interpreted and enforced under the laws of Costa Rica. This contract represents the entire agreement between the parties. No other agreements or promises, verbal or implied are included unless specifically stated herein. When breeder and buyer execute this contract, it will be binding upon both parties, subject and pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.
